Maintenance

Maintenance Contracts form a large part of the work base for South West Refrigeration. There are a large variety of contracts. These contracts are primarily for Bulk Milk Tanks, however, the first three contracts are also available on Cold Rooms, Air Conditioning etc. Most Air Conditioning would just take an "A" contract and be serviced prior to the beginning of the summer and in the early autumn. The service is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, however. should customers wish to do work on a time and material basis, our call out rate is normally £35.00 per hour, 0.65p per mile, plus V.A.T..

A: 2 x services per year at approximately six monthly intervals.

B O/T: 2 x services per year, plus free of charge service calls between 08.30 - 17.30, weekdays only, (excluding major compressor) between routine checks, materials remaining chargeable.

B: 2 x services per year, plus free of charge service calls (excluding major compressor) between routine checks, materials remaining chargeable.

FC: 2 x services per year - Full Cover for service, maintenance, labour, mileage and materials.

FC/130: 2 x services per year and all labour and mileage, the first £130.00 plus V.A.T., of any parts fitted are chargeable.

FC/80: 2 x services per year and all labour and mileage, the first £80.00 plus V.A.T., of any parts fitted are chargeable.

Cold Rooms

The company is capable of working up to 50 horse power on either chillers, freezers or blast freezers and can also provide humidifiers which are extremely useful for cheese makers or companies freezing soft fruit etc., any item that reduces in weight due to loss of liquid through refrigeration.
